When emailing support, include:

  • a screenshot of the error
  • the installer log: windows_installer/installer.log
  • your Windows version and whether WSL2 + Docker Desktop are running

Common fixes

  1. Confirm your token is a Page Access Token (not a User token) for New Pages Experience.
  2. Confirm your Facebook Page can publish publicly (no country/age restrictions, Page published, post audience set to Public).
  3. Restart Docker Desktop and Ollama, then run the installer again.
